Woods Aitken is delighted to announce that Sarah K. Mielke has joined the firm as an associate attorney in its Denver office. Mielke joins the firm’s growing litigation team, working with clients in the construction law and commercial litigation practice areas. She advises and represents business owners, contractors, subcontractors, and design professionals on construction and commercial disputes, contract formation, and negotiations.
Sarah received her bachelor’s degree from Colorado State University and her J.D., cum laude, from Creighton University School of Law. During law school, she was executive editor of the Creighton Law Review and a member of the trial and arbitration teams. Sarah received multiple CALI Excellence for the Future Awards and was the sole recipient of the David A. Svoboda Trial Advocacy Award, recognizing excellence in trial advocacy.
