Woods Aitken LLP, the Lincoln Journal Star, and LincolnHR are excited to announce this year’s Best Places to Work winners. Now in its 14th year, the Best Places to Work in Lincoln initiative honors organizations that deliver an outstanding work experience.
Winners were selected based on the results of the Best Places to Work in Lincoln survey conducted in early 2026, which measures employee satisfaction and engagement in the workplace. Public, private, nonprofit, and governmental employers in Lancaster County with a minimum of 10 employees were eligible. The Best Places to Work awards come from research and employee surveys by Quantum Workplace of Omaha.
The top three companies in each category were recognized at an awards celebration on June 4, 2026, at Haymarket Park.
The final rankings for Lincoln's 2026 Best Places to Work are:
Small Companies (10-24 employees):

The Spirit Award is presented to one honoree in recognition of the enthusiasm and energy it brought to the event.
