Woods Aitken is delighted to announce that William A. "Will" Ozaki has joined the firm as an associate attorney. Will joins the firm’s growing transactional group, focusing his practice on business and corporate transactions, mergers and acquisitions, banking, taxation, and real estate matters.
Will received his J.D. with highest distinction from the University of Nebraska College of Law and his B.J. from the University of Nebraska-Lincoln. He clerked for Woods Aitken prior to joining the firm as an associate.
