On June 4, 2025, Governor Pillen approved LB 415, which amended the Nebraska Healthy Families and Workplaces Act (NE HFWA). These amendments provide practical clarifications with regard to the law’s implementation and also make substantive changes to which employers and employees are affected by the law.
