Woods & Aitken is pleased to announce that Erin L. Ebeler has been named a partner in the firm.
Ms. Ebeler is a member of the firm’s Litigation Group as well as its Labor and Employment Practice Group. She works with clients in the commercial, construction, and labor and employment practice areas to develop legal and common sense solutions during all stages of the litigation process with an emphasis on labor and employment matters. Ebeler is the immediate past chair of the ABA Forum on Construction Law’s Division 6 (Workforce Management and Human Resources). She received her J.D. from the University of Nebraska College of Law in 2008 with highest distinction.
