Woods Aitken is delighted to announce that Jennifer Lea has joined the firm as Executive Director. In her role, Jennifer will partner closely with leadership to oversee operations, strategy, and infrastructure, with a focus on supporting attorneys, strengthening internal systems, and positioning the firm for long-term success in an evolving legal landscape.
Jennifer brings nearly two decades of executive leadership experience spanning law firm management, entrepreneurship, and organizational strategy. She is known for her people-first leadership approach and her ability to guide organizations through growth, transition, and operational complexity.
Prior to joining Woods Aitken, Jennifer spent nearly two decades in senior law firm management roles, where she led operations, finance, and strategic initiatives. She later founded and scaled a national design and manufacturing company, successfully guiding the business through expansion before completing a sale in 2025. Her background provides a unique blend of legal industry insight and entrepreneurial perspective.
