Nathan J. Gurnsey

Nathan Gurnsey joined Woods Aitken in 2003 and his practice includes business transactions, mergers and acquisitions, banking, and real estate matters. Nathan focuses his practice on providing counsel to businesses on an ongoing basis, including significant expertise in business acquisitions, sales of business, and financing relating to ongoing and startup businesses. Nathan also focuses his practice on the representation of financial institutions in commercial loan transactions including syndications and participations as well as real estate and asset-based financings. Nathan also has extensive experience in real estate including acquisition, disposition, development, leasing, and financing of commercial real property. 

Nathan’s practice enables him to counsel individuals, small businesses and large corporations.
