    Overview

    Adam Nyenhuis is a member of the firm’s litigation group and focuses his practice on construction law and commercial litigation. He has represented a wide range of clients, from small businesses to Fortune 500 companies, in federal and state litigation across the country. Adam is committed to working closely with clients to provide practical guidance and skilled advocacy throughout all stages of the litigation process.

    Prior to joining Woods Aitken, Adam was an attorney at a national law firm and a prominent Delaware law firm, focusing his practice on corporate and complex commercial disputes. He has served as a law clerk for the Supreme Court of Delaware and the Supreme Court of Alabama. 

    Adam received his J.D., cum laude, from Wake Forest University School of Law. During law school, he served as executive editor of the Wake Forest Law Review (Vol. 51), and guest editor of the Harvard Journal of Law & Public Policy (Vol. 40, No. 1).

    Adam lives in Lincoln with his wife, Kelsey, and their two sons.
