The American Subcontractors Association of Colorado (ASAC) has recognized Kory George as the 2013 Attorney Council Member of the Year.
The construction industry came together on April 20, 2013 in Denver, Colo., for their annual recognition of top performers in the construction industry.
The heart and soul of the ASAC Annual Awards Program are the awards and recognition given to those among the membership that represent ASAC and its mission, vision, and values through exemplary example. The ASAC is an organization committed to improving the business environment for subcontractors. However, a major piece to realizing and honoring that commitment is through the professional members of ASAC.
The ASAC developed an Attorney’s Council over the last year. This group of professional members support ASAC through committee work, education, best practices, and risk assessment. The ASAC Attorney’s Council Award Winner for 2013 is Kory George with Woods & Aitken LLP. Kory’s sense of humor and legal skill is both art and science and a combination that makes him a favorite among the ASAC Membership. Whether working with our legislative advocacy team, members or staff, he always brings focused and carefully considered input, the ability to tackle difficult questions and find consensus among differing points of view.
