The Omaha office of Woods Aitken LLP has a position available for an associate in its labor and employment practice group. Qualified candidates must possess the following qualifications and skills: excellent skills in legal research and drafting of pleadings, memos, and briefs (writing sample required); excellent academic record, strong organizational and analytical abilities; demonstrated record of meeting deadlines; self-starter; interpersonal relationships and detailed oriented.  A J.D. degree is required and experience in employment law is preferred.  Please submit resume, law school transcript or summary of performance, writing sample and salary requirements to:  admin@woodsaitken.com.

The Denver Tech Center office of Woods & Aitken LLP has a position available for an associate in the construction law practice area.
