Patrick D. Timmer

For 15 years, Pat’s practice has focused on estate and gift tax planning, tax–efficient wealth transfer planning for individuals, and succession plans for business owners. A portion of his practice is also devoted to the administration of estates and trusts.

In 2009, Pat was elected as a fellow to the American College of Trust & Estate Counsel (ACTEC). ACTEC is comprised of about 2,600 of the nation’s top trust and estate attorneys. Membership requires nomination, review at the state and national levels and election by the ACTEC board of regents.  Pat has enhanced his legal career by lecturing and leading seminar and panel discussions on topics such as Wills & Trusts, estate planning, retirement distribution planning and the Uniform Trust Code. The audiences for these discussions and seminars are primarily members of the Nebraska Bar and Nebraska County Judges Association members, as well as university business and law students.
