Jill D. Fiddler

Jill Fiddler is an associate of Woods & Aitken and is a member of the firm’s growing Transactions department. Jill’s practice focuses on serving her real estate clients in a variety of transactions involving the purchase, development, sale, financing and leasing of real estate. Jill has experience in the formation of business entities, including corporations, limited liability companies, limited partnerships and other entities.  She also represents business clients on an ongoing basis with respect to business planning, acquisitions and dispositions.

Jill graduated from the University of Nebraska College of Law. During law school, she served as managing editor of the Nebraska Law Review, graduating with distinction. Prior to joining the Firm as an associate, Jill was a clerk in 2005 and 2006.
