Jennifer J. Strand

Jennifer Strand’s practice areas include real estate, corporate/business transactions, and business/estate planning. Her experience in real estate includes all aspects of representing commercial and residential developers in all phases of development including acquisition, construction, financing, leasing, sales.

Jennifer’s real estate expertise garnered her positions in 2006 as the chairperson and moderator for the NCLE Real Estate Seminar. She has also participated in several ICSC Law Conferences as a moderator. In addition to her commitment to the real estate industry, Jennifer is an active leader in the community. She has served as a past board chair of the Lincoln Children’s Zoo, past president of the Lincoln Arts Council, former board member of the March of Dimes Nebraska Chapter, as well as a former board member of Friends of the Lied, a group dedicated to supporting the Lied Center for Performing Arts.
