Wm. Lee Merritt’s areas of concentration are mergers, acquisitions, restructurings and complex corporate and partnership transactions, banking and financial institutions planning and transactions, and business entity planning. His experiences include the representation and counseling of private companies relating to acquisitions, dispositions, operations, corporate compliance and additional corporate and business areas.
In addition serving as a member of the Managing Committee, he is a partner in the firm’s transaction and business planning department. Lee has lectured extensively on business planning, tax and estate planning, and financial institution loan documentation topics. He has authored, or assisted in the authorship, of numerous articles and seminar materials relating to business planning, tax and estate planning, and financial institution loan documentation topics.
