Sara Gude joined Woods & Aitken in 2008 as an associate in the Firm's Transaction department. She will provide for the formation and organization of corporations, limited liability companies, and other business entities; represent businesses in a variety of transactions; and work with commercial lenders and borrowers. Sara will also consult with clients and other professional advisors for clients in preparing appropriate estate planning documents, assist clients with the efficient transfer of property in accordance with their desires, and assist in administering trusts and probate estates.
In 2009, Sara was elected an associate member of the Omaha Estate Planning Council. The Council is an interdisciplinary organization comprised of the area’s leading attorneys, accountants, financial planners and other professionals focused on estate planning and probate. A Harlan, Iowa native, Sara is a 2006 summa cum laude graduate of Creighton University College of Business Administration, where she was an Anna Tyler Waite Leadership Scholar and a member of Beta Gamma Sigma. Sara graduated magna cum laude from Creighton University School of Law in 2008, where she served as Editor-in-Chief of the Creighton Law Review.
