Sara Gude joined Woods & Aitken in 2008 as an associate in the firm's Transaction department. She will provide for the formation and organization of corporations, limited liability companies, and other business entities; represent businesses in a variety of transactions; and work with commercial lenders and borrowers. Sara will also draft estate planning documents and assist clients with the efficient transfer of property in accordance with their desires.
A Harlan, Iowa native, Sara Gude is a 2006 summa cum laude graduate of Creighton University, where she was an Anna Tyler Waite Leadership Scholar and a member of Beta Gamma Sigma. Sara graduated magna cum laude from Creighton University School of Law in 2008. She served as editor-in-chief of Creighton Law Review and was the Problem Director for the Creighton University School of Law Moot Court Board. Her honors include several CALI Excellence for the Future Awards, membership in Alpha Sigma Nu, recognition on the Dean's Honor Roll, and 2006 Creighton University School of Law Moot Court Best Brief Winner.
