Nathan Gurnsey joined Woods & Aitken in 2003 focusing his practice of law in real estate and corporate transactions. His experience in real estate includes acquisition, disposition, development, leasing and financing of commercial real property. For his corporate clients, Nathan has provided for the formation and organization of corporations, limited liability companies, and other entities. He also represents businesses on an ongoing basis in transactions, including acquisitions and sales of businesses, and financing relating to ongoing and startup businesses. He also represents commercial lenders and borrowers in asset-backed financings.

Nathan’s practice enables him to counsel individuals, small businesses and large corporations. His recognized expertise in the financial institutions practice area has garnered him a number of presentations to client groups and other attorneys. Nathan divides his time equally, serving clients from Woods & Aitken’s Lincoln and Omaha offices.
