Monica Freeman joined Woods &
Aitken in 2007 as an associate in the Firm's Commercial
Litigation and Construction Law practice areas. As a
member of the Litigation department, Monica will actively
represent clients in litigation matters, draft and
analyze contracts, and respond to client inquiries.
Prior to attending law school, Monica served as Information
Architect for the J.D. Edwards Honors Program at the University of Nebraska-Lincoln.
Monica served as an executive editor of the Nebraska Law Review while attending
the University of Nebraska College of Law and graduated with high distinction
in 2007. In addition to earning many awards for excellence, Monica expanded
her legal education and experience as a clerk for Woods & Aitken from May
of 2005 through her joining the Firm as an associate.
