Krista Kester’s focus is on commercial litigation, construction law, and appellate practice. She is a charter member of the Eighth Circuit Bar Association and serves as an officer for the Association.

Before entering private practice, Krista served as a judicial law clerk for the Honorable Warren K. Urbom, United States District Court for the District of Nebraska, and as an adjunct professor at the University of Nebraska College of Law. She joined Woods & Aitken in 2000.
