Kerry L. Kester

Since 1981, Kerry Kester has practiced law with Woods & Aitken with an emphasis in complex litigation and appeals, including government and private construction contracts. Kerry practices in state and federal courts, before administrative agencies, arbitrators, mediators, and Federal Boards of Contract Appeals. His experience includes representation of construction general contractors, subcontractors, suppliers, design professionals, sureties, and owners.

Prior to joining the Firm, Kerry served as a judicial law clerk for then Chief United States District Judge Warren K. Urbom in Lincoln, Nebraska.
