Jennifer Strand’s practice areas include real estate, corporate/business transactions, and business/estate planning. Her experience in real estate includes all aspects of representing commercial and residential developers in all phases of development including acquisition, construction, financing, leasing, sales.
Jennifer’s real estate expertise garnered her positions in 2006 as the chairperson and moderator for the NCLE Real Estate Seminar, as well as moderator for the ICSC Law Conference. In addition to the real estate industry, Jennifer is an active leader in her community. She has served as the past president of the Lincoln Arts Council, former board member of the Nebraska Chapter of the March of Dimes, as well as a former board member of Friends of the Lied, a group dedicated to the support of the Lied Center for Performing Arts.
