Jennifer Strand’s practice areas include real estate, corporate/business transactions, and business/estate planning. Her experience in real estate includes all aspects of representing commercial and residential developers in all phases of development including acquisition, construction, financing, leasing, sales.
Jennifer’s real estate expertise garnered her positions in 2006 as the chairperson and moderator for the NCLE Real Estate Seminar, as well as moderator for the ICSC Law Conference. In addition to the real estate industry, Jennifer is an active leader in her community. She is on the board of the Lincoln Children’s Zoo, 2009 vice chair/2010 chair of the Child Advocacy Center Capital Campaign Cabinet, and was named as one of the region’s “40 under 40” honorees. Jennifer has also served on the boards of the Lincoln Arts Council, Nebraska Chapter of the March of Dimes, and Lied Center for Performing Arts.
