Jeffery Peetz’s practice is concentrated in banking and financial institutions, estate planning, business succession planning and estate and trusts administration. In addition to these areas, he also works with estate and trust litigation matters, agricultural law matters, real estate transactions and entity formation and corporate governance matters associated with his estate planning and estate and trust administration practices.

Jeffery is a frequent lecturer on estate planning and real estate topics for the Nebraska Continuing Legal Education Committee. He formerly served as a Law Clerk to the Honorable William C. Hastings of the Nebraska Supreme Court from 1983 to 1984. Jeffery practiced privately in Sidney, Nebraska and Columbus, Nebraska before joining Woods & Aitken in March 2001.
