Overcash has practiced law with Woods &
Aitken since 1959 with an emphasis in private
construction contracts and government contract
matters. His experience includes representation
of prime contractors and subcontractors before
courts and administrative agencies and participation
in alternative dispute resolution proceedings.
Allen has lectured before attorney and construction industry groups with respect to construction contracts and authored papers on that subject. He is currently an Adjunct Professor of Construction Law at the University of Nebraska College of Law and lectures on construction legal topics before legal and industry organizations and university classes around the country.
